1964 Porsche 356C Coupe An Exceptionally Nice Example of a C Coupe In A Very Desirable Color - #6401 Slate Grey- With Red Leatherette Interior. Matching Numbers Per the Porsche Certificate Of Authenticity. Options Include AM-FM Radio And Factory-Supplied Chrome Wheels. New Period-Correct Coco Floor Mats Have Been Recently Installed. VIN 128006. This 356 was originally delivered in Portland OR, and the owner later moved to Montana. In 1988 the car was subsequently sold to a Wisconsin owner and, since 1995 has resided in Kansas. It is a very solid car with only surface rust on the underside where the original undercoating has deteriorated. Inspection shows there are no bondo-filled holes and, no signs of any collision damage. The car was re-painted in the late '90's in its original color and, the interior was refreshed to a very high standard. The clock, converted to a quartz movement and, AM-FM radio are in working order. The carburetors, distributor, and fuel pump have recently been re-built. The motor has had a top-end re-build and, runs smoothly with very good power. The clutch is excellent and the car shifts very well. All window, door and, hood rubber has been replaced.
