The 1955 C-300 is the first of the Letter-Series 300's. It is widely regarded as the first American muscle car. The C-300 was the most horsepower offered in a factory-produced American car since the super-charged Dusenberg SJ. It also included a heavy duty suspension and a H.D. Powerflite two-speed transmission. Chrysler added a 150mph speedometer to accurately measure its top speed capability. This was the car that won the NASCAR championship in 1955 and 1956.

This C-300 underwent a complete body-off chassis and power train restoration with very few miles logged since. The powder-coated chassis and suspension are show quality. And, this car has been mechanically maintained in top driving condition. The C-300 is a must-have for any muscle car collection.
