The 6 cylinder 24V models were produced in model years 1990 to 1993 only. Very few 5-speed manual versions were imported to the US market. These high revving M104 3.0 liter DOHC L6 motors with 24 valves and a the manual transmission are quite different from the V-8 automatic's and, are a joy to drive. They are reminiscent of the sporty 113 models built in the 60's and 70's with the conveniences of the newer models.
