Incredible Documentation. Must See, In Person, To Appreciate. VIN 217567. This 356 C coupe is one of only a few remaining examples anywhere that is totally original, including its Sky Blue paint. It had only one owner from new until I acquired it in 2001. Meticulously maintained; full service documentation; original dealer purchase contract; factory kardex; PCA certificate of authenticity. It drives like it is new. Just installed new Michelin 165 HR15 XAS tires. The original spare on the rim is also with the car. It has a complete and original tool kit. The 4 original steel rims on the car have been refinished with the correct Glasurit factory silver paint. Other than some touch-up stone chips there has been no other paint work on this car. Everything works on this car including the clock and a Haldex Speed Pilot used for TSD rallying in the 1950's and 60's. All required service has been done using NOS parts, including a factory replacement muffler (no longer available). 3-point seat belts with Porsche crests on the buckle are fixed to factory mountings and new period-correct Coco floor mats have been installed.
